How can we help?
Quick guidance for every part of PsychApp, and a human when you need one.
Scheduling & calendar
Set weekly availability in Settings, book from the time-grid calendar (day, week, month, and rooms views), and let recurring sessions repeat automatically. Canceling notifies the other party.
Your public booking link
Add your services (name, description, duration, rate) in Settings, then copy the booking link and embed it on your website. Bookings create the client record automatically and send a confirmation email.
Notes, templates & forms
Write SOAP or DAP notes, design your own templates and intake forms in Settings, drop in quick-text snippets, and sign to lock the record. Corrections happen as addenda.
Assessments & outcomes
Assign any of 24 validated instruments from a client's Clinical tab. Clients complete them via secure link; scores land on the chart instantly and repeated measures graph as outcome trends.
Client portal & messaging
Invite clients to the optional portal to self-book, complete tasks, and message you securely. Everything also works through account-free secure links.
Video sessions
Every appointment has a private video link. Sessions run on PsychApp's own encrypted video with a lobby, a live timer, and a one-click handoff into your session note when you finish.
Invoices & insurance receipts
Generate invoices and claim-ready insurance receipts (with your registration number and the client's insurance details) from any client's Billing tab. Print or save to PDF.
AI Assistant & Session Scribe
Subscribe from the Assistant tab, agree to the terms, and ask cited clinical questions. The bundled Scribe transcribes a session in your browser (with client consent) and drafts your SOAP note.
Reports
Revenue trends, sessions per week, caseload, and appointment outcomes chart automatically under Reports — no spreadsheet required.
