We answer every message within one business day, Monday to Friday. Most support questions get a reply the same day. If something is blocking your practice from running, say so in the subject line and we prioritize it.
PsychApp is built and operated in Canada, and client data is hosted in the Canada Central region. Made for Canadian clinicians, aligned with PHIPA and PIPEDA from day one.
PsychApp is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, Canada), call 9-1-1, or go to your nearest emergency department.
